Thank you for choosing our service. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.

We provide digital services and instant online access to premium features inside our web application. Because our product is digital and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final. However, we do offer limited refunds under specific conditions.

🔹 1. No Automatic Refunds for Digital Products

Once a subscription or digital product is purchased and access is granted, we do not offer automatic refunds simply because:

  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want the service
  • You did not use the service
  • You found an alternative service

Digital access is delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

🔹 2. Refunds for Duplicate or Accidental Payments

If you were charged twice for the same subscription or made an accidental payment, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount.

🔹 3. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access your account or face critical technical issues caused from our side, and we are unable to resolve them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

🔹 4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • You will keep access until the end of your billing period
  • No future payments will be charged
  • Past payments are not refundable

If you open a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to terminate your account permanently.
